It is indeed my honor to serve as your FAHAM President this year. And what a challenging year it will be. I can’t recall a time when hearing the phrase “Doing More With Less” was more appropriate than this year. We will all be challenged to come up with ways to be creative not only with our staffing but with our work processes as well. This is one of the things that makes FAHAM so beneficial to us all: 

We can share with one another – we can learn from one another. This year FAHAM will hold two meetings, the first was held at Orlando Regional on March 9, 2012 and the second FAHAM meeting will be held at St. Jopseh’s Hospital, BayCare Health Systems on October 12, 2012.  We hope everyone will be able to join us for our next meeting as well as our upcoming conference calls and webinars.  This year we will continue an incentive for each of you: if you refer a colleague to FAHAM you will receive your choice of a $20 gift card when their membership dues are paid. So, start spreading the word about the benefits of being a member of FAHAM.
